We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to plan your celebration with you. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is delivered to our team by email. If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to deliver any booked service, and then delete them on request.
